Booking, Payment & Changes

A 25% non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and will be applied toward the total balance. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Bookings made within two weeks of the event require full payment immediately and may include a rush fee. All payments must be made electronically. Cash payments are not accepted.

All reservation fees are non-refundable. Any changes to the event date, time, location, setup, or rental items must be submitted in writing and may result in additional fees. Availability for changes is not guaranteed.

Setup, Weather & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for confirming setup and cleanup times with their venue and ensuring the space is accessible. Once the marquee numbers are set up, the client assumes full responsibility for the rental items until pickup.

For outdoor events, we are not responsible for weather-related issues or damage. If inclement weather is expected, an alternate indoor location must be provided in advance. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Damage, Liability & Media

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged if items are returned damaged or missing.

Photos and videos of the setup may be taken and used for promotional purposes unless the client provides written notice prior to the event. All marquee numbers and décor items remain the property of the vendor and are provided on a rental basis only.
